Restaurant Management COMING SOON!

Hire Hope has partnered with local restaurants, to allow students the opportunity to gain knowledge related to operating a small business. Students will be assigned to work in different aspects of the restaurant.

The following will be presented:
-Food Service Competencies
-Communication Skills
-Nutrition and Sanitation, including local/state/federal regulation
-Food preparation
-Employee Training
-On-Site Restaurant Work
-Marketing
-Accounting Procedures
-Human Resource Management
-Employee performance Evaluation

•Every three months, four students will be assigned to work in a restaurant.

Selection and placement will be dependent on their personal interest and individual skill levels.
